Having led multifunctional teams and gaining international experience from handling highly competitive top consumer information and communications technology, and FMCG brands in South East Asia, the agility to plan and execute is a skill I have gained. I have learned to think forward, adjust plans quickly and implement swiftly.
I have also developed and launched telecommunication products for niched markets in Asia, Europe, and North America that taught me various approach to both sales and marketing in very segmented markets.
And as an entrepreneur who was parallelly running two small businesses, along with a full time job, I can share my insights on how to overcome some inner battles and challenges of starting your own business.
My move to Europe has furthered my global management capabilities. I now work for Xylem Inc., a leading international water technology solutions company, as a Marketing Communications Project Manager for its treatment brands Flygt and Wedeco.
